Brakes, Bends and Beyond.
Hey guys.
I may just be a little paranoid, but today when getting back from the mall, I was breaking under normal conditions, nothing out of the ordinary, but as I was braking, the pedal made a bit of a pop. It felt like something pushed back violently for a millisecond, but in a sense of like... I guess the best way of putting it was a cable under tension snapping. But... er, differently, pushing back. I don't think it altered my braking, but It worried me. I know one of my rotors are warped, I think it's the Rear-passengers side, which causes ALOT of feedback in the pedal and the car 'lurges' or surges when I brake (It's obvious it's a warped rotor, like stopping your bike with a bent rim)
But I digress- Any ideas on what caused this?
Oh, and do I need to get my chassis tightened? I don't know what normal cars do under these circumstances, but when I pull into a driveway, or uneven ground (Such as driving over a large lump of dirt at an angle), the car bends, I can hear the seals on my doors 'suck', in a systematic fasion that coinsides with the lump i'm going over (The front two doors do the suck then the back). It's hard to really describe it, it's just like the body is bending and causing the doors to pull away from the body for a moment.
