Go check it out! all stock piping and stock res. A slight angle but it sounds great! and im am so happy with it! It turned out flawless! and I have gained alot more low end tourque as well as some high end My car just breaths better now hahaha. That flowmaster really must of been restrictive because my car runs great! no more idle vibrations either!!!!
My car is loving it and so am i!!!!!!!!!!
Edit: In case anyone was wandering, it is a k2muffler.com special stainless steel muffer (apexi n1 style) and only runs about $30 with free shipping. by far one of the best $30 ive ever spent!

id be surprised if there were any noticeable gains - and i only say this because its almost impossible for us to feel the difference that 5 peak horsepower makes in our daily driving, and id say thats about all you could gain just from a muffler
however, it does sound much better than stock ... especially for such a cheap muffler, but thats probably due to the wise choice to keep the stock resonator

well noticable in my terms i guess i should say. That old muffler (flowmaster 40 series) really held back alot of my car and i guess choked it. cause i feel like its a whole new car now haha. yeah i decided to keep res on 1. money wise and 2. to cut down on rasp and there is hardly any rasp with it!
you sure you gained HP or just a heavier right foot?
j/k
Ill admit that my foot did increase hahahha just cause i wanted to hear the full potential. but like i said my last muffler was very restrictive, so i may not of gained HP but i got back the old hp i once had ill admit hahaha
Theres the list of all of them. I got the apexi n1 style (non burnt tip) I wanted the burnt tip but for somereason the buy button didnt come up and now it does hahaha so what ever. but i guess it worked out to my benifit because i love the non burnt better now that its on the car personally so hahah.
but theres the link for ya! best $30 i ever spent!
It;s hard to tell in the in a video, as it rarely captures the right sound, but it;s not really too bad. Now time for the engine work to go with the sound.
