Need help with tighting 95 steering wheel

Well I work out of town and my wife calls me one afternoon and said the key won't turn? So her and her idiot brother who always drives wore out cars/junk decides there is something wrong with the steering column. So He riped-snatched-jerked and pulled till the key would turn.
Needless to say when i got home from work it just needed a new key made? She had wore the old one out and the steering wheel is loose as a goose Any help would be great.
