trd rsb settings

Just wanted to get this straight once and for all. I did some searching BEFORE and AFTER I installed my trd rear sway bar and I always thought the settings for track and street were like this.



But after reading this post ( http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=33312&start=0 ) on SG, Sentinel said it was the other way around...?

Anybody know for sure which one is track and which is street settings?

EDIT: Actually after thinking about it, it make sense for the inside hole to be on track setting since it makes it stiffer.

outer - street

if you place the links in the inner hole, there will be more preload on the bar ... aka stiffer ... which means track setting

if you have coilovers, you could also raise the mounting point on them to add preload - but remember, too much preload could damage the end links and ultimately the sway bar
