'93 Camry running on 5 cylinders, need help!

I have a 1993 Camry with a 3VZFE V6. The engine has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. One of the cylinders is not firing. I am fairly positive that the compression chamber is getting air, and spark. When I put my ear against a screwdriver on the fuel injector of the cylinder described, I hear a clicking noise like a functioning injector.

Does anyone know why this cylinder wouldn't be firing?

Any help is much appreciated!

How do you know? I'd try to locate which cylinder. Pull plug wires one at a time and see if misfire gets worse or stays the same. On the one where it stays the same, that's the missing cylinder. Pull plug and ground on engine with plug wire attached and see if you're getting spark.

I know which cylinder is misfiring because I started by doing exactly what you said. I'm getting spark at the plug for the cylinder that wont fire. So, I'm sure that the cylinder that wont fire is getting spark.

Do a compression test on the bad cylinder in case you have very low compression.
