ok i have had this problem before.

it actually started around October last year, a weird noise coming from pass. side...

come to find out the cv joints were bad. so i replaced both sides.

after the replacement the noise was still there! took the car to Toyota for oil change and had them check the whole car..

they said i needed a bearing on the front pass. side and bushings for control arm on driver side.

I'm just wondering if any of you guys came across a bad hub when changing the bearing

of course money is tight and im unsure if i should just buy replacement bearings... OR buy the hub with the bearings just to be safe...

is it ok to just replace the bearing only?

any help would be great!

What was the reason given for replacing the hub, bent, damaged, etc?

Toyota didn't say anything about the hub... just the bearing... but i was thinking since its been about 3 months with this problem i think there's maybe some damage to the hub..
