3rd Generation o/d help (non noob question... I think)

ok soooooo i had a major problem........ awhile back i bought an aftermarket shift knob. well it broke during the install and during the install, the o/d wire was cut and some how fell down wayyyy below the shift knob area where it came from. Is there any easyer way to acess further in without unbolting to much? (center consel will b off as u know) or does anyone know where the O/D wire leads to in the consel so i can acess it and hook it up to a switch? becase im going to still going to get a shift knob later on but maybe a more expensive and better built one

so help me out!

Im gutting the car out tmw for cleaning after seeing joes and adams thread and figured out that i should finally figure out how to fix my lil O/D issue.

Chris

P.S. I JUST RELIZED THIS IS MY 600TH POST!!!!!!!!!!!! HEHE just thought id throw that in there

Well, since you are going to clean the car and gut everything then you may as well remove the center console and find that wire. This is probably the best time to fish that wire out!

btw, GL on the clean and 600th post!
