When was the belt last changed? Changing the cam, crank and oil pump seals requires removing all of the parts needed to replace the belt.

Are you at all hande with tools? Valve cover gasket is too high, you can do this job yourself.

Hood struts as is in holding up the hood?

The front seals themselves are pretty inexpensive, especially if you buy them online.
Rockauto.com has a set of them for under $10, although the shipping can double that. You might get to free shipping from a different source if you are buying more parts.

Hood gas springs are available from local parts stores, perhaps for a lower total with the shipping cost when ordering online. (Unless you use them as "fillers" to reach the free shipping minimum.)

Putting them on requires removing the timing belt. It sounds as if you just paid for a timing belt job, so that might be annoying. If you are willing to do the work yourself, allow a whole evening and have a back-up plan if you need to run out for an extra tool.

How bad are the leaks?

The dist housing seal and valve cover leaks tends to be small.

The cam and cranks seals not too bad. The oil pump seal can leak a LOT of oil via a steady drip when the engine is running. If you can, remove the passenger tire, start the engine and look for oil dripping out from under the lower timing belt cover.

Check your oil level daily as if a bad oil pump seal can leak a Lot. It can be a steady drip when the engine is running.

Visit the AutoZone website and look into their vehicle repair guides about working on the various items or purchase a low cost Haynes shop manual.

Replacing all the parts is not too hard but would be time consuming even more if doing the job the first time.
