Question OEM Low Beam not working

As most of you know, i have and HID projector retrofit on my car. A couple of weeks ago my passenger side went out, i thought it was the bulb changed, still no good. I checked the headlight fuse under the hood, fuse it fine. I was at a stump. So today i decided to check the wiring of the Retrofit itself...everything was fine. So what i decided to do was to directly connect the H4 bulb that is suppose to be there directly to the OEM stock of the car adn to my suprise the bulb didnt turn on, aka LOW BEAM was messed up on the passenger side. I flicked on the HIGH BEAM adn the bulb came on So i tried the DRLs...my driver side project came on but the passenger side with the H4 bulb connected to the socket was off...What can possibly be wrong?

Here is the diagram of my HID setup

ALL FUSES ARE FINE

i checlked everything. What i did to make sure the connector from the car is ok, i connected the h4 bulb thats goes there adn turned on the lights...my driverside turned on but the passenerger side didnt with the h4 bulb. it would only work when i turned on highbeams. so that might that the lightbulb wasnt getting any voltage or current passing through it but when i flick on highbeams the bulb turns on

Your wiring harness seems very weird.

IF i were you, i would ground the wires directly to the battery instead of the chassis. Also why did you go with a 2 relay stetup? It seems like your adding extra parts into your wiring harness. more parts = more parts to break.
