Problem with Radio in 93 Camry

Hello, I have a 93 Camry, LE. Original radio in place. Antenna has been replaced in 2005. No longer power antenna, but stationary antenna.

Problem - The radio only picks up one station. Pressing the programmed buttons will not change the radio. Tuner will not pick up anything else. Station is 101.1. Occasionally the radio will turn itself off for a few seconds. CDs still play, but will also turn themselves off for several seconds.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I fixed an old GF's radio that was doing something similar to yours...the buttons were sticking. I sprayed WD40 on the face plate and around the buttons, then let it evaporate. Fixed it! Seems her daughter spu'd a coke on it months earlier.

You have nothing to loose by giving it a try. It just may be worn out, and needs replaced. Good luck, and welcome to TN.
