1995 Camry Electrical

I just installed a new Battery in my 95 Camry. As soon as I connected it, the headlights came on even though the Switch is off. No response when i turn the key, not even a click. Any ideas?

Does this car have an aftermarket alarm system? If so, locate the fuse for the aftermarket alarm system and pull it. Then see if the car starts. I have seen aftermarket alarm systems do strange things like this.

Did you get this fixed? If so, what was the problem? I am having the exact same issue. I too changed the battery and when I did, the car began doing the exact same thing you described. The lights are on even with the light swtich off and I cannot get them to turn off. Mine is a 94 Camry.
