Low Idle

hello so this morning my sister goes out to start her 2000 camry and then it just dies. it starts for 2 seconds then dies. i opened the hood and i was messing with the spark plug wires and i fired it up and it started. it now has a CEL. i dont know the code yet. but i let it run for about 10 mins and i came back out side and it is Idling really low now. it also has this fluttering sound by the belts. its been having that sound for a while,i would say for about 2 years. but they just ignored it ill post up a video later
please tell me what are causing the low idling, the fluttering sound and the cel thanks..

u can hear the fluttering sound when i go near the belts
and see how low the idle is..needle is above the 0
the car starts fine but when i let it run for a while the car get a low idle
the engine is shaking alot and the CEL is not on anymore.
but the car acts the same way as when it had the CEL on

Could be a misfire caused by ignition system (distributor rotor and caps), that temporarily got fixed when you messed with the wires.

No way of knowing for certain without the code. I didn't catch that you didn't have it in the original post.

yeah i dont know the problem either but i might just take it to the shop and have them figure it out and the engine is not warmed up it is still cold just FYI

Yeah it's definitely not a cold issue, my engine idles high when it's cold and once it gets warmed up it idles between 1,000 and 800 RPM and due to an engine mount going bad it shakes a little
