4th Generation 1997 Camry - Ignition Problem

Hello everyone. I'm new here and have a question. It just started to happen yesterday, but I can't get my car to start. The key won't turn past the acc on the ignition and only the radio turns on. I have tried both keys and still nothing works. The steering whell isn't locked, so its not that. I have done some reasearch on what the problem might be. I'm thinking that it is the Ignition cylinder and I need to replace it. I'm sure everyone here knows a lot more than me, can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction. It might be something else, what do you think? I drive a 1997 4cyl Toyota Camry.

Thank you in advance.

Have you tried moving the steering wheel while trying to turn the key? You could also put some graphite into the lock cylinder to see if it will free up.

Im thinking it is a shortage in the electrical, something is wrong with the ignitor(swap it out for a new or used one), or you need to get a new key.

You can remove the lock cylinder and check to see if it turns freely when it is out.
