Gauge And Fan Control Backlights Not Working - Fuse?

Hi All, I Was Trying To Do Some Stuff To The Bulbs That Light Up The Back Of All The Controls And Some How Or Another I Let The Two Wires Touch. Now None Of The Bulbs Light Up Behind The Fan Control Or The Gauges. Is There A Fuse? I Looked And Couldnt Find Any, Im Frantic!

I looked behind the change door and under the hood and I just couldnt seem to find which fuse it could/would be, The clock nor the radio dims when I turn on the parking lights or headlights, all the exterior lights light up

Are There Any Other Fuse Boxes Than Under The Hood And Behind The Coin Tray?

Update: When The Aftermarket Alarm Is Flicked All The Running Lights And Dashboard Lights Light Up Correctly. When The Headlight Stalk Is Turned, The Headlights Will Come On But No Other Light Will. I Have No Idea, Im Thinking It Must Be Some Relay Or The Actually Headlight Stalk Controller Thing
