1999 camry le stiffer rear springs

Hey I have a 99 toyota camry le with the 2.2 and I have a system in my trunk that is really heavy and my rear of my car sits really low I need some new stiffer springs but i dont want to drop it just want to have my ground clearence back I put in some metal spring spacers and they are working fine for now but I would really like to get a better set up for the rear.

I picked up a pair of these off the internet

Do i need shocks to put these on or how do i install them.

I think those are for trucks? Because the springs look pretty thin and most people who commented them put it on there truck, not car. (Truck shocks are different than cars) The web site might put them by "universal" parts and needs some modification required. I would put some Gen 3 SE Springs on the back because it is an exact fit like BigBird said.
