just bought a 99 camry, and i put a new battery in it. as soon as i reconnect both terminals, the alarm goes off. don't know what i should be doing here, i tried locking/unlocking the driver's door with the key, triedstarting the car, etc but nothing shuts it off.
i don't know if this alarm is factory or aftermarket, i only have one key, and i don't have any keyless entry remotes. there are some wires that are spliced into in behind the kick panel by the driver's left foot, don't know if it's for an alarm or something else. there's a red light on the dash that flashes too, not sure if that indicated factory or aftermarket alarm, but i took some pics, so tell me what you guys think:
