Canada 99 camry XLE DRL

my daytime running lights no longer work not sure how to turn them back on or if fuse is burnt? etc... please give advice

There should be four fuses for your head lights, two for high beams and two for low beams. There is also a DRL fuse, the DRL uses the high beam for illumination, so if your high beam works, at least that part of the circuit is working. There is also a DRL main relay, two DRL relays, and a DRL resistor. Would suggest check the system to find out why the low beams are not working first.
