your best bet is gonna be to search around cardomain and here for ideas.

there are no projector headlights for the gen4 camry. the ones you may see are retrofited ones using either the gen4.5 clear halos or extensivly modded gen4 ones. the gauges can be had on ebay. personally id start with things that will not only look better but improve performance. suspension, wheels, intake(just sounds better). stuff like that.

Not many things change a car's appearance as much as wheels do, so start there. You probably want the projectors to make the front end look better right? Well here's a little tip to make your front end look better for free, remove your license plate. Also there's some other cheap stuff you can do like the home depot lip and adding some colored grill trim as well as painting you front toyota emblem black. Of course this depends on what the color of your is.

Thats my front end with no license plate, red grill trim, missing emblem (it came off while driving) and carbon fiber eyelids.

Also you should look into sway bars, an intake and an exhuast

where exactly do you live on the US?

I know you dont live in Cali because people get tickets for no front plate all the time.

Make a custom grill, put some fogs in, and put a lip kit on. And like others have said, suspension mods are the best to start out with.
