I need to know where the IAC valve is located on my 95 4 cyl 2.2 camry. Thank you

I think it's mounted on the throttle body, either underneath or behind.

I found it easier to remove the IAC if you remove the TB. The phillips screws can be a bitch to get out. I was luck enough to get three out but the head on the fourth one stripped. I was able to wiggle the IAC and use vicegrips to remove the last screw. I replaced the screws with allen head ones so I won't have any problem in the future.
