Well I finally drove the Cam today in 4 months earlier this mourning with no problems of what-so-ever. 15 minutes ago I drove to Winn-Dixie to buy a couple of groceries with no problems. When I got ready to leave I decided to use the Auto-starter to crank the car and it cut off. I thought I left the gearshift in drive again, but that wasn't the case. It was in park the whole time. I could only keep the car running if I rev past 3500rpm until I got on the road. I blew past 3 stop signs thank god was any cops or state troopers, or there would have been one hell of a fine to pay. I got home and the car didn't cut off?? I wonder why the didn't cutoff when I this mourning and when I got home, yet when I was at Winn-Dixie the engine kept cutting off. Its a brand new battery I bought this past Friday, so that eliminates one problem.

Could bad gas build some moisture and cause a misfire? I ran the autostart last light when I got home until the Cam cut-off by itself. 2 things I did notice was (1) there was barely any air coming out of the muffler and (2) after the engine idle went down and the car warmed up the engine... IDK kept trying to cutoff but it didn't. It was like a lawn mower when you run in some deep grass the engine it cuts off. At least thats what it sounded like.

hmm that second part sounds like my gen4. it trys to stall but it doesnt. its basically the EGR but it doesnt do it till the engine is warm. check your fuel filter and sock(on the bottom of the pump in the tank under the rear seat.) too if ya can. it may have been clogged. that may explain how the car was able to run ok for a while while the crap in the bottom of the tank got sucked up into the pump.
