anybody got pics of the tranny cooler lines for a541e tranny?

or is there a DIY on here?

i searched but only found this one:

but the vehicle is (5S-FE engine)

which one do i disconnect to change out the fluid? or how do i go about changing the fluid?

You can purge the old fluid.

Disconnect the return line from the trans oil cooler to pan, start engine and allow fluid to drain into a container. Refill and repeat the process until clean fluid comes out.

Have someone at the ign switch to turn engine off when the fluid begins foam, you don't want to run the trans with out fluid.

The trans pan holds about 1/3 of the fluid, you can also do multiple changes until the fluid is clean.

Not sure which hose is the return line to the pan. Look at the trans, find the pipe that looks like it flows directly into the pan from the case above. The pipe may be at a downward angle.
