3rd Generation Repairing Antenna

Anyone have experience with these replacement antennas?
Or should I get it from the dealer?

I don't know about those, but I once tried a replacement mast from PepBoys and it was complete crap. The plastic teeth would always slip. So I would say either get it from the dealer, or do what I did, along with many others, and do an S2k antenna conversion.

I picked up a replacement mast on eBay once before. The install isn't too hard, but you'll want someone in the car to turn the radio on/off unless you've got a remote. No problems and it's been a few years now. I thought about just disconnecting it but for $20 I figure it was worth it to have a working antenna.

I've bought two on eBay, and both work fine. Have been for about a year now. On one of them the metal telescoping sections are a little sloppy compare to OEM, but it works perfectly.
