Hi, I have 93 Toyota Camry,it has a small button on the same panel the shifter is located. It has ECT / PWR written on it. When I press it to power mode it accelerates faster. Off late I pressed so heavily that it demounted from the small hole, it went down and I cant change the mode now. Any idea how bigger thing that to repair? do I need to remove the whole gear panel? any idea how much that would cost me if I go to mechanic.

The oval center panel around the shifter lever pulls out. You may be able to access the plug with this section removed.

If not the center console can be removed. There are two screws in the glove box and one on each side of the rear of the console. Once the screws are out pull up and back.
