3rd Generation 1999 Camry

Hello guys. I was wondering if i should switch over to Mobil 1 synthetic oil. The car has 79,135 miles and it is due for a oil change pretty soon. I want to keep this car for a long time since i will become a broke college student soon.

I have a '98. I bought it a couple of months ago and it has 91,000 on it. I am switching to full synthetic (Super-Tech), my next change. I plan on putting about 30k a year on it and my plan is to get to 250,000.

Switching over isn't going to hurt. You can go longer on the change interval too. 5,000 miles is no problem.
