Could you name the trucking company or the city it is from??

in 2005, a truck from a Windsor Ontario based company backed into my stopped car, Insurance applied the 50/50 rule to me and I was pissed right off!

The back does not look that bad, the tire marks should come off with GoGone or similar. The door needs to be replaced, with mirror and fender. If the tabs on the back bumper and front you might to replace those also. I would bring it to a dealership to fix it if the insurance is paying for the repair.

The tabs on both bumpers are still there. The back one got pushed in a wee bit, and the front one is ok, except fo the scuffs on it. The rear of the fender took the worse. the floor pan looks ok though. It's just the weird way the fender has buckled making it look worse.
Right now it's a waiting game. Report should be finished. Now it's just a matter of my insurance company getting the copy and then going from there.

Update:

Well, it's official. The car is now at the body shop and should be ready on Wednesday. The insurance adjuster took a look at it and offered me either to have my car fixed, or the money it would cost to fix it. Supposedly the body shop knocked down the repair costs a bit so it would match what they would give me if they wrote it off.
Anyways, am happy of the outcome. Just can't wait to get my car back.
