Still leaking oil

I had oil on top of the head on my 98 4 cylinder so I replaced the valve cover gasket. Still loosing oil, but it is dry at the valve cover. So I thought it could be the crank or cam seals. The timing belt is clean and dry, I sprayed the back of the motor off with brake cleaner. I remove the tire and check it better tomorrow, but it looks like it is leaking around the power steering pump

It isn't power steering fluid since I'm loosing about a quart every time I drive it. Is there any power steering bolts that go through the block that could be loose and dropping that much oil?????

It is pretty common for the 5sfe o-ring style seal under the oil pump to develop a break. Mine was the same way. Oil was dripping quite steadily from the bottom rear of the timing cover while the engine was running. This oil was blowing rearward onto the axle and was being flung all over the back of the engine. I thought mine was a power steering leak as well. It was the oil pump gasket. You need to replace that seal. While you have that timing cover and timing belt off you need to replace the crank seal, oil pump shaft seal and cam seal as well. These parts are cheap. If you do not do the work yourself, you will pay a few hours of shop labor as well.
