'95 Camry tie rods

Did a bit of searching and didn't find quite what I'm looking for, so here's my situation; my driver side tie rod end needs replacing, I know that much, but since it's going to need an alignment after that anyway, is it worth to just go ahead and replace inner and outer on both sides at once? On the same note, how difficult is it to replace the inners, say compared to the halfshafts, which I've done. The car has roughly 204000 miles, and I suspect all these parts are original.

Thanks in advance

edit: Forgot one more thing, looking at tie rod ends online, prices seem to be anywhere from $20 to $50 each, are the expensive ones really any better?

Is this something like Service versus Professional grade parts? If keeping the car find a part stated to be OEM equivalent.

Check the inner tie rod joint for play, if OK just change the outer rod end.

Measure the distance between the center of the tie rod stud that installs into the knuckle and a marked location on the steering rod. When installing the new rod end keep the distance the same as before, this will keep the rod the same length. If you do this you don't need to do an alignment.
