Timing Belt

I just joined the forum.. I have a Toyota 2K Camry XLE. Currently have 100K miles on it. I was told that I have to change the timing belt. How much do I have? how much does it typically cost (in NJ or CT area). Is it worth going to a dealer? or I know a guy he is estimating around 650 $ for this change along w/ water pump and few other stuff.
Any other input would be helpful.
Thanks

is the $650 for labor only or does it include parts+labor? do you remember the other stuff?

Timing belt replacement interval is 90K miles.
