Lightbulb gaskets galore

I have a 2000 LE I4 with 126K on the clock and started noticing a small oil drip on my garage floor a couple of weeks ago. I paid a visit to a close friend at my dealer (since I knew he would check it out for free) and found out pretty much every gasket (oil pan, valve cover, etc) and the seal behind the timing belt just so happens to be leaking. ALL DOWN THE BACK OF THE ENGINE. Since this obviously needs to be fixed, are there any suggestions you guys can make to prevent this in the future. I'm the third owner of the car and hate to say but this sucker has been more expensive to maintain than my '05 TSX. But the car feels like a bank vault compared to the Honda. That I do love and plan on keeping the car and don't mind investing the money.

Spam alert. Someone ban this one please. This has nothing to do with the OP's question.*****

Now to answer your question. First, welcome to TN. Second, its not suprising at that mileage that the seals are leaking. Valve cover gasket included. Get them all replaced and you should be fine. I just did all mine this past weekend except for the oil pan gasket. My valve cover gasket was original at 186,xxx miles as were the other seals and they all leaked like crazy. It took me 4 cans of parts cleaner to get the oil off the engine and the rest of the suspension, driveshaft, etc. The front crank seal, camshaft seal, oil pump rotor shaft and o-ring are all behind the timing belt and you need to remove the oil pump to do the shaft and o-ring seals. Its also a good time to check oil pump clearance between the drive rotor and driven rotor.
