115 is not an OBD2 error code.
So you blew both knock sensors, replaced them, and it still has the same problem?

Check your hoses, it sounds like a vacuum leak.
At 4000RPM the engine need alot of air, so i think the leak will not be a problem anymore.

it may be a clogged cat. you can test for that by disconnecting the exhaust before the cat if possible and test driving it to see if that helps.

When you replaced the knock sensors, what sensors did you replace then with?
This just sounds identicle to every time I blow a knock sensor (And I've blown 4 of then in about a year.....ugh).
Did this happen immediatly, or was it gradual?

p0115 is engine coolant temp sensor, and puts it in fail safe mode at 176F. So it;s not liek it;s running at start up temp.....
Is your CEL current on right now? If so, I'd go read the codes again, because the knock sensor code may have popped up again.
I honestly can't think of what else it could be.
