I've bought two of them for a Honda Accord and one for a Chrysler Town & Country. No problems with any of them.

same- I got an ebay motor and regulator for my dad's sienna

the motor's not as powerful as the oem one, but it's still pretty strong and gets the job done quite well

I think it was about 70 shipped

You should be fine. Before I installed the ebay replacement, I compared it side-by-side with the original. It appeared identical to me and has been functioning fine for a few years now.

is there a DIY out there for the regulator? i'm sure i can figure it out w/o one but it'd make things faster with one.

Look around for some posts about door panel removal. That's the PITA part of the job. Once that is off along with the plastic door liner, it's just a few nuts and bolts and very obvious.

I replaced my rear drivers side with a ebay regulator, works well no complaints. Obviously the quality isnt the same but it works well. Im about to get a drivers door regulator. Mine was about $48-50 shipped.

Just take off the door panel. The weather strip can be a pain, but afterwards its straight forward. Disconect it and unscrew it.

I've bought a couple of regulators from ebay...and like Eye8 says the motors do not seem as powerful as the OEM ones but, their still working, they go down better than up!!...

I waxed the window and that seems to help some.

Owning a Coupe makes finding regulators more difficult, so I have two stashed. One, an Ebay reg, the other I spent the big bucks and bought a "Dorman" ($108 shipped) for the drivers side, since I use that one the most. Hopefully, I got what I paid for!

Just waiting on them to break again.

Bigbird can attest to ebay regulators, he's using two I replaced, when I owned his 94 Coupe!

Removing the door panels are ez after you do it the first time...the hardest part is removing the door handle bezel without breaking it....if that should happen to you, let me know I have extra one's I'll sell ya cheap
