Took me about 2.5 hours to replace the cam seal, crank seal, oil pump shaft seal and oil pump o-ring gasket. Bear in mind that I did this on a proper lift with the proper tools and I make my living as a mechanic. I suppose I could have snapped some pics and wrote up a DIY.... This is a pretty common job for 5SFE's. Most of your oil leak is coming from the rubber o-ring type gasket under your oil pump. They get hard with age and break on the right side of the pump. You should be able to find the applicable thread somewhere. It really isn't a bad job. Your timing belt will have to come out so if you are uncomfortable with timing the engine correctly you may need to visit a shop. The only real specialty tool you will need is a puller to remove the crank pulley. Wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the timing belt while you have it apart. Make sure the o-ring style gasket that goes behind the oil pump stays in its proper channel or you will damage it during re-assembly and will have to start over. I used a thin red spray-on sealant to keep the gasket in place. I use this all the time for water pump gaskets or others that could shift out of place during assembly. When pulling shaft seals out of aluminum parts, be sure not to damage the seat that the seal sits in or you may end up with a worse oil leak than you started with. You should use a seal puller but if you are careful you can use a screwdriver and pry it out with little trouble.
Okay so I just found a link to a DIY for this process. It is on an MR2 but it is the same procedure for your Camry. Looks like he is also changing his water pump. Just ignore what does not apply.

to replace the pump rather than just some of the seals, i thought the oil pan also has to be removed for the complete replacement.

The pump is not in the oil pan, just the pick-up screen and tube. Pump bolts to the passenger side of the block.

Take a look at DZ63's timing belt thread in the how-to section... It's VERY thorough... I accomplished this job relatively easily following this how-to... I pulled this off and I'm a girl, so that gives you an idea of how easy it was to follow his instructions... What took Frenum 2.5 hours, took ME 2 days!!! In my defense, I wasn't using air tools, and I didn't have the handy-dandy "club" tool that DZ63 used to hold the crank, so I did it the old prybar/garage floor way, but other than that, I had no problems... It's a COMPLETELY do-able job... The only thing I would suggest is to NOT use a claw puller to get that crank pulley off, cause if you nick it, then you'll be $200 worth of angry...
