need help with 92 camry

I have a 92 camry, 4door le. I want to turn my car into a daily driver / track car. just for some fun races for scca and autocross. anyone know of any websites to order performance parts, for example (headers, intake, coil overs, springs, strut bars) and so on. I tried looking on google, but could only find parts for 97 and up. Thanks everyone.

Camry is a good car, but there's a lot of other cars that would be more fun to make it into a track car.

You can get lowering springs with high performance struts, but performance enhancements just aren't avail like on a Honda Civic.

http://www.tirerack.com has some springs by Eiback & H&R. If you have a Camry made in Japan, you can use the KONI inserts that they sell.

Your automatic transmission will need a transmission cooler for sure.

I wish I had the money to buy a civic or something, but I dont. So I wanted to just do the best with what I had. When I got out of college and get a good job, Im going to buy a nicer sportier car. But for now, I wanted something to get me from point a to point b, and something to have a little fun with on the weekends at scca or autocross. I do have an automatic tranny.. How do I figure out if the camry was made in japan or US?

Check your VIN. I believe US cars start with 4 and Japanese start with J.

TRD Rear Sway Bar for 97-01 Camry/99-03 Solara works on the car.
OBX Header
Lightweight underdrive crank pulley (I'm selling one in the F/S section)
K-Sport coil overs
There is a front underbody brace for the 97-07 camry/99-03 Solara that someone has JUST got and installed. It's not know yet if it will fit the 92-96. So keep an eye on that.
Change all the suspension bushings to Poly ones
Upgrade the rear brakes to disc (IF they are currently drum)
Upgrade the front brakes to V6 ones.

Seriously, how much $ are you looking to spend? There is a used TRD RSB on another forum for $100 shipped, which is good.

personally id stay away from headers or any other extensive exhaust mods. they will do little for performance and may put you in a different SCCA class. i think its "stock/modified" that allows mufflers, intakes and suspension mods.

coilovers will cost a bunch but are the best for handeling. a member here...boostedsupra03 or boostedsupra3 or somthin like that is sellin a set of JIC (i think) coilovers for pretty cheap.
