4th Generation Check Engine light blinking

Does someone knows why this could be happening?

Last night I decided to take off some carbon out of the combustion chambers so I floored the gas so the 1MZ could go to the red line. (My excuse to hear the roar from that v6)

I did this thru first and second (automatic) starting third around 4500 rpm the light started to blink. It just stopped after I let the engine go into fourth taking off the foot of the pedal and reduced the rpm to 2000.

Any ideas ?

Get the code. You probably upset the mixture so got a rich/lean condition from the O2 sensor. Could have also overheated the CAT.
