3rd Generation Factory radio replacement

Hi folks,

I have a gen 3 cam with factory radio head unit, it's still working allright. And i also have a sony rm-x57 changer control unit on the front dash. So I'm looking for a newer, cheap replacement radio headunit that is compatible a toyota cam gen 3 and the sony rm-x57 as well.

Thank you for any input.
