Loc-tite is used only to insure that the bolts won't get loose.

Ok I have to ask why you thought Lock Tite was needed? I have found on my compression tester that a little oil on the o-ring and threads helps to remove. The crimped hose connection to the threaded adapter tends to twist while the threaded adapter does not turn, depending on how tight you torqued it. Maybe if you were able to get a pair of pliers on the barbed crimped connection the hose would grab enough to put more twist on the threads and loosen them. You may have to cut the hose off and grab the barb connector to twist off the threads.

Just to be sure... What part did you put loctite on? The part that screws into the spark plug hole, or some other part?

When did you put the red Loctite on there, and like 5SlowFE ask, what part did you put it on?

So you can remove the hose but not the adpater, and you didn't pull Loctite on the threads into the cylinder. If you had just put the Loctite on for a short time, it actually won't do anything.

Anyway, if you can remove the hose, you might have a better chance of removing the adapter by tapping a screw driver or something into the inside of the adapter to turn it out. Not releasing the pressure is not going to get the adapter stick in the spark plug hole, it may just be the O-ring seal holding it in place. Shouldn't take too much to take it out. (Been there!)

used penetrating oil, dont work
the loc tite has cured already so it might have to be cut off
why cant they just make a straight hose with different adapter instead interchangeable at the end of the hose

They do have compression gauge sets that have different hoses, but they are not cheap.

Are you able to remove the hose? How long ago did you put the Loctite on?

Chemistry may be your tool of choice now. I'm not sure what will cut the loc-tite. I would try spraying some carb cleaner and/or brake cleaner onto whee you applied the loc-tit and see if it will soak in. No guarantees this will wor but it is an idea.

Well, you might have to sacrifice the hose, cut as much of the hose off as possible and use a deep spark plug socket to fit over the remaining part of it to get to the adapter. Or alternately, you can remove the valve cover and spark plug tube so you can get at the adapter. And that is assuming you have a 5sfe engine.

OP, you said that you didn't release the pressure so it's stuck. If there is compression still trapped in the cylinder and that is making it stuck, why not rotate the engine backwards enough to release the compression? If the compression is all that is making it stuck, then this should help.

My $.02 would be on relieving the pressure. Can you get a breaker bar and socket onto the main pulley bolt? If you can, then it should only take a 1/2 turn or so clockwise to relieve compression pressure in the cylinder. (if it won't turn you can remove the spark plugs and relieve compression in the other cylinders)

This may help to remove the gauge adapter from the head, and if you still don't have it there are options. I don't know the exact setup of the top end on your engine, is it a center plug head (down through the valve cover)? If it is, are you able to remove the valve cover and get some access to the body of the adapter fitting? If it's a side plug head you may have to pull a manifold to get vise-grips or a wrench around the fitting. As odd as it may sound, freezing it down may be an option too (watch your fingers bro).

Just remember that even a single metal shaving in a cylinder can turn your rings to junk, or tear up the bore surface. Operate like a surgeon with the adapter, and try to seal any area you open up with shop rags, an old T-shirt, anything clean that will catch debris. No sense junking an engine after putting work into it.
