I had a fluid leak by the left rear tire, front portion. I asked my mechanic over the phone, he said brake or strut. He asked if I could stop the car. Brakes work, brake fluid looks full. He said it's struts. This is OEM, bought new, 1993. I was looking for the cheapest cost, he mentioned the Sears ad for Monroe struts where they install at 50% off if you buy a pair, he said maybe $360 for all four. I don't need the fancy stuff, I don't drive fast, this is my father's car. Any opinions? thanks

Could be the oil in the strut leaking. Mine did the same. Have him look at it to make sure before you do anything.

Oh, one more thing...

DO NOT LET SEARS TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!

They higher incompentent morons, and I know this first hand, and sadly, my old Camry does too......
