Front Right Fender, bumper, light smashed how do I replace it?

Hi All,

I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to car. This car got in a fender bender and needs some work. I would like to try and replace the parts myself, but it seems trickier than I first thought. This is a 1992 Toyota Camry LE. The front right fender, light, and possibly bumper needs to be replaced.

It looks like there are some screws on the inside and on the wheel well. Although there also seems to be some kind of weld to a bracket which is screwed onto the frame. Do I have to break these welds or am I missing something? Any advice is welcome also if you have links to good information on the web or a book I can go buy with all the information I need to know then I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is the picture of the overall damage.

Here is the picture of the weld I was talking about.

Thanks again for the help.

From your pic, it looks like the bolts that are a part of a bracket. This bracket is to do with how the bumper is attached to the fender, etc. If you take your bumper off, you'll see how it all goes together.

You pretty much have to remove the bumper before removing the fender. Those two threaded pins are the biggest problem. It's possible to just loosen some of the bumper fasteners and pivot the fender out, but it's difficult. If you have to remove the bumper anyway, it's far easier to remove the parts in the right order.
