power steering problem.need help!!!!!!
Ok so i have a 95 camry le with the v6. It started leaking power steering fluid from the lid of the power steering fluid reservoir. I traced the lines and checked em for leaks........nothing. It's making a lot of noise like the pump is bad but if u start it and turn the wheel from side to side the noise goes away for a minute or so and then it starts again and it also starts pushing the fluid out through the reservoir cap. Any ideas as to whether it is the rack or the pump? Anyone have any experience with this? I want to get this fixed asap so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Also is there a writeup anywhere on how to change the pump?
