1mz check engine light, o noez!!

So I drove my 1mz today, probably 1/2 an hour of hard driving. Everything was fine, car sat for a good couple hours, then drove it again for about 15 minutes hard after that. < First times its been drivin hard in a while. Anyway, was idleing in a friends driveway for another 1/2 hour then i turned it off. When it started back up, it was epic fail.

It felt sorta how when you floor it and the traction comes on, except it was just idleing forward. Check engine light came on immediately after starting it, car shakes and pulls weird/bad and an audible knock. Not metallic, almost like a puuut-puut-puut sorta thing, almost like a valve opening/closing at bad intervals.

Im checking the code it threw tomorrow, but any suggestions what it might be? Plugs are new, and theres very little blow-by through the oil cap.

Turned out to be a misfire, changed the coils/wires and everything was fine.
