I would suggest going to your local pick and pull for an antenna because you can get a working used one for pretty cheap, or you can go to a full service auto parts recycler and get one for less than a new one. ebay is also a good option, but check the first two options first because if you have problems with the one u get on ebay, it will be much harder to return it.
Regarding your power issue, bigbird is also right. your audio system taxes your battery when you turn it up. I would make sure all the components of your system are grounded well. Next, I would recommend adding a Ground Kit to your car. Essentially, this mods improves your car's overall electrical system. I believe the reason why you had to change your dome fuse once is because when power was restored to the other components, there was a surge of juice to the dome light circuit.
