3rd Generation Oil issues

Well seems since I've been driving differently the last couple weeks I've noticed I've been using more oil.
When the car has been sitting a spell, and I start it, I get bluish exhaust, then it stops. Initially it started doing this after I seafoamed the engine. It doesn't always do this, but does on a fairly regular basis. I now there is a few leaks, some I've fixed due to seals going, so some is more than likely leaking out, although there's no tell-tale signs on the driveway at all.
I've been afraid of a head gasket, but to be honest, I've been keeping an eye on the oil and coolant, and I've not seen any signs that it's an issue. I do probably need to do my timing belt and seals as I've no idea when they were last done on the car.

Anyone have any ideas? Things I should watch out for? The only thing I am sure of is I use oil, and if I'm going higher highway speeds, I use more than if I go say 80km/h highway speeds.
TIA

'92 v6. It was leaking from the oil filter assembly, and as well the distributor, both which have been now fixed with new o-rings and no longer seem to leak.
From underneath when it's on a lift I can see oil on the engine although it doesn't leak onto the ground. I'm wondering if it could be the back valve cover as part of the culprit, but can't see if it is or not. Am looking at putting in new spark plugs and new valve cover seals this spring regardless.

Have someone cold the engine while you smell the exhaust, determine if smoke is oil or fuel.

Valve cover leaks are common, also check under the front timing cover for signs of oil leakage.

Will do when I get the chance.

I know there's some seals that get done when the timing belt gets replaced so also thinking they could be leaking. Will see if I can see anything. As for the valve covers. I know very well from having a 4.0 jeep cherokee. They are notorious for leaking at the back end of the covers.

Update:

Well, seems like sometimes it does this sometimes it doesn't, but it smells like a mixture of carbon/fuel to me.

As for the timing belt cover, I took a look last night and it's seeping oil from beneath it. What seals am I looking at needing to get?

So what seals are there I need to replace is the big question.

Car is going in tomorrow morning as I finally got the call from my insurance. Let's hope it goes well when they do the estimate.
