4th Generation do I need to remove fuse box?

Going to help install an intake on my friends 4.5 and was wondering if I need to remove the fuse box to remove the stock air box. It seems like its connected to some tunnel thing under the fuse box for it to get air through.

you don't really have to, no.

but you do have to remove the driver's side wheel and fender lining to remove the box in the bumper

removing that box in the bumper depends on whether ya want to and if you are installing a CAI, since they dont sell one for the gen4 then i dont think youll have to remove it, but it woundnt hurt.
