Best help for troubleshooting/repair: Haynes Repair Manual!

Hello all,

I thought that I would share this with you...I recently bought a Haynes repair manual (Available at advance auto, auto zone, etc.) for instructions to replace my power steering pump and it was extremely helpful! Detailed instructions and pictures to go along with it.

The manual also really useful section for troubleshooting. It is only $20 and I highly recommend getting one!

For what it costs, it's definitly worth it. I used it for many simple tasks on my car ('95 1MZ-FE) I think it could use a whole lot more pictures for some sections thought and some sections lack some vital steps that I had to figure out on my own.

If you are going to do a lot of repairs, then you need a set of Toyota factory service manuals. You can find them on ebay. I purchased a set for my 95 and they have so much more information. They are more than $20, but I have saved several $100 dollars using them.
