the intake manifold gaskets, generally, no.
it's not the metal part that you have to worry about, but on the intake manifold gaskets, there is also rubber seals for the coolant passes through the block. if the gasket wasn't just recently installed, the chances of those leaking are really high. If it's the original gasket, chances are that the rubber seals ripped when you took the gasket off the manifold
