anyone interested (seriously) in a 3sgte motor / swap parts
im seriously thinking about parting out my project... its not done yet and i need to get some money to move out on my own and start a life...... if anyone wants the motor, hopefully with the turbo, manifold, and piping, i'd part everything out... if nobody jumps at the motor, nothing goes and i finish the project. i'm going to keep working, and give it a couple weeks maybe... it MIGHT be running at some point soon... not likely, but maybe...
read whats listed in my signature..... thats the stuff that i have....
like i said, motor goes, everything goes... i'd prefer to sell most of the stuff, or everything, to one person....
if you want to do a 3sgte swap in a 94-96 camry, everything i have will do the job... you just need to be inclined enough to do the job.
PM me if seriously interested...
PLEASE don't post with stupid things to say (like, dude thats so awesome, why do you want to sell that stuff) if you dont know me... veteran guys, feel free to say whatever you want.. you know me. and if you are into the techie stuff, you know this is a tough job.... i've done most of the hard work... i just have to clean up some intake piping, install the wiring harness and wire the gauges... thats the part i dread the most actually... the gauges...
wait....you've been working on this for so long now...why are you giving up? wiring is a bitch, but I'm sure that you can get it done in a day or two.
hell, drive the damn thing without the gauges if you need to, or run the harness outside of the dash and just prop the gauges up on top of the dash so you can see
finish it!!!

Sorry to hear about this man, I know the feeling though. Had to part out my built up GTP engine for $1000 (all it was worth) after nearly a year of collecting parts and almost 3k in total costs.
Best of luck bro.

finish the build!!!!!!!!!! I'm not even near a vet but seriously few have done the 3s swap! dont give up. your so close to being done. You know it will make you much more happy in the long run knowing all of your hard work finally paid off when u hear that first crank up and take it out for its first spin
please dont just give up. i know you need the money but you have come so far...
If you finish the project, you'll get sucked into it even more with additional mods to a 3sgte (we all know the mod bug never stops, and a 3sgte opens up a large number of avenues). You'll never move out and start a life of your own, but on the plus side you will have impressed some internets peepz on TN...

Man, it sounds like you really are close enough to finished on the project that you might as well finish it. It doesn't necessarily mean to continuously drop money right now, you should at least put it off for now because you're not going to get all of your money back from the parts you bought or fabbed.
about selling the turbo... only if everything goes... i will finish it if i dont sell the motor pretty much everything else will be easy to sell...
but if you want to buy like everything, it will fit in your celica.. besides the wiring will have to be done.. as you probably know, there is a guy that does celica wiring for swaps in PA..
