same question here...stock springs, valves, etc etc etc?
And I'm liking the look!
now why don't you swap the tranny while you're at it too?
yeah stock rods. slightly ported head. stock valve springs.hksboost said he was running stock rods and stock valves with no problems. so I figured if he could run 20+psi, I should be alright. since my tranny will explode into peices whenever I choose.
I was going to do the tranny and run really high boost but I ran out of money. So I'll have to wait till later when I have better access to lift. because I'm getting old and the floor really hates me.
-thanks for the comments everyone. time to get back on my back and do lots of moaning; getting old.

So your goal was to lower the compression ratio with the forged pistons so you could raise the boost pressure to 20psi. That's alot for the 1mz but it would be great to see you pull it off. Make sure you keep us updated with pictures and videos. Great work
