HID MOD Express Wiring Help

Hey guys I've had my Mod - Express HID system for a while but I could never get the High Beam bulb to work. I spend a few hours trying to figure out the correct wiring, then I just left it so the at least the low-beams would work. I have moved the 3 colored wires to countless different positions but no luck with any I have tried to get both high and low beams working together.

Now I have some time for spring break and I actually wanted to be able to use both my high and low beams. Any help would be great!

And just in case you guys are wondering what I am talking about let me show you:

i had the same car and my mod express kit worked fine. but if the kit listed in your sig is correct then you CANT get highbeams to work. looking at the kits on mod express website the have H4-L and H4 (H/L) which costs more. you bought a kit that has NO highbeam function. they will never work with that kit.

I have a 1998 camry with the same problem. I ordered my kit from DDM Tuning. I got the Hi/Lo kit with the wiring harness. When i first installed the kit i did not use the harness. When i would put my highbeams on i would see that the pattern would change and that the bulb would move up. One day when I turned them on again I realized the blue light in the dash went out and nothing happened whatsoever to the lights. I want my brights to work.. what should I do??
