Silicone spray in throttlebody

I guess spraying the throttlebody out with silicone spray was a really bad call, as a) my car was worse after, and b) i have read all over the net it will kill your o2 sensors (I read this stuff after the fact).

Now that my car is worse, can I assume I killed the 02 sensors? If so, which one, or both? I understand the camry 4cyl has 2? 1 on the exhaust manifold and one under the car before tha cat? Should I replace both?
