Camry94_I4 Screeching high-pitch noise on UTurn

I have a problem that I think some had posted before. Sorry to bring it back here.

1994 Camry 4cyl. When turn steering-wheels left or right all the way until the end and hold the steering-wheel there (when doing a U-turn), there's a loud and constant screech noise, high-pitch noise, in front.

Do you know if I can tighten something, or just have to go buy the steering belt and replace the belt myself ?

Is it hard if I have the ramps, torque wrench and a 1 foot pipe ? While I'm jacking the car up, what else should I do while I'm there too ? (I think maybe oil change)

Thank you so much dear readers.

Either your belts slipping when you put load on the power steering pump, or your power steering pump itself is on its way out. Check your power steering fluid. And try spraying Armour all on the belt. If that stops it temporarily its probably the belt. I'm pretty sure theres just one accessory belt, or serpentine belt running all of the things such as power steering, alternator, ac, etc...

Tighten the power steering belt. It's most likely loose. If it's badly frayed or cracked, replace it. There is a separate power steering belt on this car. There is no serpentine belt on it.
